Sea Shell Hotel - Eastbourne

The room I stayed in had decent water pressure in the shower, a relief after a long day exploring nearby attractions. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi, keeping me connected .

The furnishings were excessively run down and uninviting, with scratches and signs of wear throughout the room. The bathroom had an unpleasant odor, and the toilet kept running long after flushing, which can get a little annoying. Plus, there were no curtains to block out light, made early mornings challenging.

We had the standard triple room provided with a lovely bathroom. It was based in neat building in a peaceful location, on the beach.

Really helpful accommodating staff, unbeatable location right in the centre. Plenty of food options around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue. Cheap and neat units with a lovely bathroom, a lovely TV, as example. Plenty of goodies for breakfast.

Had a decent stay at Sea Shell! The room was a good size and clean, although I did trip on some furniture. The location was perfect for beach walks. A solid place for a night or two, but some areas could use a little TLC.

Location-wise, the area is relatively close to the shops, although it doesn't face the sea directly.

Rooms have numerous issues, including broken furniture, stained carpets, and a poorly functioning toilet that was cramped to say the least. There were no curtains, leaving us exposed, and common areas sported unpleasant odors and unkempt conditions. Finding a parking space proved troublesome as well.

I stayed for 1 night and the location is mint, just a quick walk to the beach. But the furniture was a bit tired.

The hospitality tray for tea was a lovely touch.

The bathroom needs some maintenance. I found the shower frame to be worn and unstable, a bit challenging to operate.

An excellent stay marked by a friendly welcome and a quiet atmosphere. The bed was comfortable, and the en suite bathroom was spacious and clean. A hospitality tray for tea was a lovely touch, reflecting great value for money. Conveniently positioned near the beach and town, I'll surely return if given the opportunity!

The shower tray needed better cleaning, and the door showed signs of mold, which diminished the overall experience. The breakfast options could be improved, as it felt limited despite the presence of well-prepared dishes like pan roasted beef tenderloin.

The staff were super friendly. Plus, the location is perfekt, just a quick walk to the beach and close to shops. The bed was so comfy, we slept like babies! The facilities were also great, like the tea and coffee in the room and nice touch of slippers.

the shower went a bit cold for the wife, and some repairs wouldve made a huge difference.
